Jowanna, why HORISEN? What made you choose us as your partner in the messaging business?
I must say that, among business professionals and industry experts in this area, HORISEN is one of the most recognizable platform providers on the telecom market. That reputation that you have was unquestionably a solid background in the decision process. We need to have partners who are truly dedicated to providing the best product they could have.
Besides that, the offer fulfilled the majority of our technical requirements and it was financially reasonable. We were facing a lot of problems before HORISEN – we could not handle international trading, routing, supplier’s pricelist management, etc. But what HORISEN has shown to us is that all your portfolio is both flexible and ergonomic.
We must say that we are really honored to have you in the HORISEN family. So far, what is the most valuable thing for you that platform is providing in your everyday business?
I will highlight those: dynamic routing in the first place, blacklisting/whitelisting, and, of course, pricelist customization in routing. Intuitiveness that is provided by the platform interface enabled everyone who is using it daily, with a super level of autonomy at work. For example, the possibility to create a supplier account without HORISEN’s support, that’s something I want to point out.
Also, from this perspective, I can say that it is impressive how HORISEN’s platform is frequently being developed and expanded in so many ways. We are receiving, almost every week, information about new features and improvements. Some of them are quite inventive and certainly exceed our expectations.
With you, we have been able to develop our business and started to deal with hundreds of other Poland destinations, which resulted in a revenue increase. Also, we can monitor online the quality and margin to avoid the risk of lost revenue. Those are direct improvements that came from using your platform.
Is there anything that you would consider us the “Best” or “Only” at?
HORISEN’s team, absolutely. You are the best! You will be our most honest recommendation to someone who is looking for a vendor in the industry. The first reason is the usability and capabilities of the platform itself. But the second, more important, is how HORISEN is open to us when it comes to suggestions, and improvement concerns or add-on of suggested features.
How do you see your business in the future with HORISEN?
As I mentioned before, we feel that we are heard and served in the best possible way. That is why we have the feeling that the product is growing in line with us. Of course, the area of retail messaging is something we are exploring, and that’s the module we want to jump on next. Your engine for marketing campaign could be useful for our B2B unit.
