What specific feature do you like the most?
The new routing set of HORISEN SMS Platform that allows you to programmatically do routing based on different conditions is my favorite feature. Moreover, I like the omnichannel nature of Business Messanger which allows you to add messaging apps of your choice and contact customers through their preferable channels like WhatsApp, Google Business Chat, Instagram, etc. I also like that you can customise the reports using Grafana, so you are not limited only to the infrastructure of the platform, but you can also query via API and create in Grafana all the dashboards that your imagination can have. Additionally, you could use the APIs to connect to Google Datastudio and other apps and systems like billing for specific market requirements.
What has the post-sales relationship been like?
Friendly as heaven! The CRM team provides us with the best guidance. They always make sure you fully understand what issue you are facing or trying to resolve, so that they can guide you with a proper answer and not just up-sell you something you do not need.

Prior to founding Airtime Tech Global, Wilber Bucardo was the Key Account Manager for Claro Nicaragua, where he and his team focused on commercial growth and strategy negotiations for the Central American Region. Wilber is a seasoned sales and Customer Relation manager and is considered an expert by his peers in developing and managing CPaaS, CRM & Omnichannel solutions.
Over the years Wilber Bucardo has also been involved in numerous volunteer programs involving projects related to healthcare and aid relief for orphanages, sustainable growth and renewable energies. He speaks fluent English and Spanish and currently lives in Santiago Chile.
